Initiating an Exchange:

- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@divineclothinco.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

- Once the exchange is confirmed by us, the product must be shipped to our warehouse within 2 days of confirmation. Please acknowledge the shipment by sending us the tracking ID at support@divineclothingco.com on the same email thread.

 

Exchange Process:

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check.

- Exchanges will be processed within 3-4 business days if approved.

 

Quality Check:
